I went in for an oil chan You have amazing service writers and technicians but they are overwhelmed! My second and last time getting my car serviced. I went in for an oil change that took 3 hours. It's unacceptable! No one should have to spend a day waiting for just an oil change. This particular location is awful. I've been to many locations and this one is by far the worst because of the wait time. My service writer was polite and very helpful but the wait time was out of his hands. Hopefully the managers will fix this huge problem soon or you'll continue to lose costumers. More
