I have leased 2 vehicles and bought 2 vehicles from this dealership. I went to them over 10 years ago because I heard how charitable the owner and his wife are throughout New Orleans. The 4th vehicle I have has subtle slits in the seats and console that have gotten worse since I bought a year and a half ago. The slits are obviously from a razor knife used when they took the plastic off the seats. Over time from body weight and sun, they have split so much you can see the foam. I went to the dealer two months ago to show them, then a month ago again then called 6 times this week. No one ever does anything about it. They have had three employees call me a liar and that it looks like dog claws. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. More
