Very terrible customer service and the sales staff and finance director is very deceptive.I was quoted by Mr Baptiste for 17,500; the finance director Mr Pierre Matheu finance me for $18,899 plus the pric finance director is very deceptive.I was quoted by Mr Baptiste for 17,500; the finance director Mr Pierre Matheu finance me for $18,899 plus the price of the extended warranty and Gap insurance included in the financing. He did not consult if I wanted it or not he just did it. I walked out with just the registration paperwork I did not get any kind until the following week and then I only got the extended warranty and Gap insurance paperwork.I have spent since June 4 trying to get it cancelled Mr Matheu has been rude and very arrogant thru the whole process. I finally had to get Nissan Corporate Office involved in this. I finally sign the cancellation on August 15 Mr Pierre Matheu has not processed it here it is October 25. I went in per Nissan Corporate Office to put in another cancellation and was referred to Mr Matheu again who said he sent it over to Victoria and she won't be in till Monday. So all I'm getting the round around again and no one is being accountable. More

Salesman was not honest about problems I had with windshield and lingering odor in vehicle. Salesman said odor was from chemicals they used to detail it. He said cabin filter was changed that was n windshield and lingering odor in vehicle. Salesman said odor was from chemicals they used to detail it. He said cabin filter was changed that was not true. I drove around for over a month with filthy cabin filter. I bought a 2023 Rogue SV. Would never recommend this dealership to friends. Detail guy changed filter and I had him do shampoo and deep cleaning for $175.00. Dealership reimbursed me $30 for filter. I emailed their sales manager about all this. No response. Well nerves was really bad had car problems at 4:30 in the morning waited to Nissan on Lapalco open gave them a car and spoke with a service person and was so disappointed told me that my car can’t be see the morning waited to Nissan on Lapalco open gave them a car and spoke with a service person and was so disappointed told me that my car can’t be seen and won’t be ready for 3-4 days BUT my sister got on the phone and made a call to Nissan on Veterans and Nick answered the phone OMG Nick was very polite and comforting told my sister that I can bring my car in and he will make sure I know what’s going on with it today And sure thing Nick took my car when I pulled up an the same day my car was serviced and I was back on the road NICK really took care of me and did I mention that my nerves was bad because every light on the car came on than the check engine light was blanking 🤦🏾♀️ Thank you Nick More
