Horrible Experience - Dishonest and Disrespectful! "I went specifically to refinance my car, my experience was an absolute nightmare. So I strongly advise anyone considering refinancing or buying f "I went specifically to refinance my car, my experience was an absolute nightmare. So I strongly advise anyone considering refinancing or buying from this Dealership to go elsewhere. Their business practices are unethical and their customer service is appalling. Avoid this dealership at all costs!" *First, I was made to wait for over THREE HOURS while they pretended processing my information. During this time, I was given no updates and felt completely ignored. After this excessive wait, they finally admitted they 'don't really do refinances. This was incredibly dishonest and a complete waste of my time. Instead of being upfront, they tried to pressure me into trading in my car, playing manipulative games to add fees. The entire process felt disrespectful and predatory. They clearly have no regard for customer's time or honesty. I strongly advise anyone considering refinancing or buying from this Dealership to go elsewhere. Their business practices are unethical and their customer service is appalling. I arrive and it took 30 minutes to find the car. It was a joke and very unorganized. The vehicle needs front fender replaced from accident of the previous owner. I was given two out the door prices for cash. Very very insulating I wish I could post the quotes here. See World Margie on each of the quotes passing on to me the cost of body shop repairs that the dealership will write off. She gave me zero discounts with $25,000 cash. Tried to sneak in a $1900 Propack that is not needed. Then I exposed all the shady business and gave them two days to make it right. Margie continued to be disrespectful and insulting. More
