The only reason that I’m giving a 3 is because the service manager, Brandon stepped in and made things right! We initially dealt with Delphino. When challenged about the work performed and the price service manager, Brandon stepped in and made things right! We initially dealt with Delphino. When challenged about the work performed and the price he couldn’t provide a valid explanation (at least one that we were satisfied with) and hung up on my wife. Totally unprofessional! Brandon took over and control of the situation until the job was completed. He provided updates and his cell number if we had any questions. That’s how it should of been handled from the start!
