I came in for an oil change and to see if there were any other items I needed to take care of with my Nissan Murano. I received an email coupon for an oil change/tire rotation and/or 15% other repairs. I have an oil change due, so I click the link to schedule the next available Saturday morning @ 8:15am. I received rotation and/or 15% other repairs. I have an oil change due, so I click the link to schedule the next available Saturday morning @ 8:15am. I received a confirmation email back. The following day a get a phone call from Sutherlin that they have no spaces for me until after 12 noon. I ask why and I'm told that the email marketing schedule doesn't line up with the 'real' schedule and that marketing is a different company than Sutherlin. See, this is the stupid crap that really pisses me off! You obviously know that this process is broken, FIX IT!!! Instead you limp along having to manually call people to anger them and not actually service cars! Pissing off customers all the way! xxx is wrong with you idiots?!?!? More
