Joseph was wonderful. I brought my new Titan truck in because of a mysterious water leak that was somehow getting in on the front passenger side seating area. Joseph cautioned me that although sometimes identifying a leak can potentially be difficult and take a bit of time, he was confident that his technician would successfully resolve the matter. A couple hours later, Joseph called me with the good news that the leak had been identified and repaired. Joseph is a wonderful addition to the Sutherland service team. He is very personable and cares about his customers. I will definitely shout out this location to all of my friends and family that are looking for a professional, competent, and trusted service center. More
