I was a customer of Rudy's at Team Nissan in Marietta. When I found out that he was no longer there, I attempted to continue to get my car serviced there, but it was not the same. I now drive all the way from Lithia Springs, in which I pass several Nissan dealerships, in order to get the excellent customer service and satisfaction he provides. I never leave unhappy and he always has a smile. It means a lot to deal with someone who has a passion for people and for what he does. You guys are lucky to have him. More
My last visit was Monday, April 16th.. As usual the service was excellent and the time spent was minimal. Living in Cumming, my options were to buy my Nissan in Roswell or further away, Sutherlin Mall service was excellent and the time spent was minimal. Living in Cumming, my options were to buy my Nissan in Roswell or further away, Sutherlin Mall of Georgia. I'm so glad I chose Sutherlin. The service has been my most satisfying experience. Anybody can sell you a car, what keeps folks coming back is service. I believe it has to do a lot with the culture of the Dealership, especially Sherri Hosch. She not only signs you in, she checks up on you to keep you informed as to where your car stands. Business is slow all over, and the time to shine is now and you folks seem to have a good handle on that. Thanks again for treating me with respect and never forget thanking me for my business. Very often, we complain about poor service, but forget to acknowledge outstanding service. On two separate occasions, we have had the opportunity to work with Kevin Parsons and Leanne Knight. On both occasions, they were extremely courteous, patiently answered our questions, and provided outstanding service. We had a couple of significant repair needs that we were stressed about. When you live on a fixed income, large unexpected repairs can be unsettling. Kevin patiently explained the need for each and even took the time to tell us which were potential safety issues or could result in a future even larger repair. As a retired military family, he even made certain we were able to take advantage of the military discount. Once we realized the amount of the repair, Leanne graciously accommodated us with a complimentary rental and very carefully inspected the rental vehicle for any existing damage. During the past 30 days, we have spoken with 3 people who are in the market for a vehicle and unsure what type they want. All of them have been given Sutherlin Nissan as the best place to look. Our new neighbor drives a Nissan and we have given him Sutherlin’s name and directions so he can enjoy the same quality of service we have enjoyed. Thank you for hiring such qualified individuals. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer, one new and one used. They ARE HORRIBLE! George Sutherlin is the owner of this dealership as he is of the one next door too. They have no care for the customer, the techs are not certified to work on all of the cars that they sell, and they hire companies to come in to "FIX" thier vehicles that have no certification either. The company was to fix an issue on my truck that I purchased from them, after keeping my truck for three weeks, they did nothing but ruin the interior and exterior. I had paint scratches, broken interior pieces, a ruined headliner, broken lights, and still the original issue was not fixed! Salesmen who saw me come in each and every time (I took my vehicle in multiple times) would just laugh knowing they couldnt fix the problem. They told me they didnt care anymore, and that I could leave. If you want a NISSAN or even a used vehicle go else where, you do not want to waste your time or money with this company. I even filed a complaint with the BBB. More
