I returned from vacation to find that one of my tires didn't look quite right. I called the dealership's service department the next morning and they were able to schedule me at the time requested. I was running late, but they worked with me, got the oil changed, tires rotated, and plugged a nail hole in the bad tire, all in under 90 minutes so I could make it to a doctor's appointment. The service team at Sutherlin is always very professional and friendly. More

I am a long time customer of Southerlin Nissan Mall of Georgia and I would like to take this opportunity after my recent service to share what has become the "routine" experience I have with them. I've been a customer since 2007 and in that time they have performed dozens of services on my truck. Each and every experience has been extremely positive, particularly with regards to the service department staff. These people really seem to love their work, and it shows in their interactions with their customers. They go out of their way to keep me informed every step of the way, making sure that I really understand what the issues are and what steps should be taken to resolve the issues. This allows me to make informed decisions and keeps me confident that they are working in my best interests. The value of the staff at Southerlin cannot be overstated, they are truly excellent people and should be a model for other dealerships. While the price of service may be higher than what would be charged by "That guy your cousin's boyfriend knows" the quality of work performed here at Southerlin is second to none. The technicians always to a great job quickly and effectively performing the services needed to keep my vehicle running like new (It's well over 130,000 miles at this point, but you would never guess based on the mechanical state that it is in, thanks to Southerlin). You may find a better price, but you will NOT find a better value, I guarantee it. See for yourself, stop in any day of the week and ask for Sean. You won't regret it! More
As always, Sutherlin's dedication to customer service is second to none. I really appreciate each member of your team. While I was there yesterday, I was told that the cabin filter needed to be replaced a second to none. I really appreciate each member of your team. While I was there yesterday, I was told that the cabin filter needed to be replaced and it would cost $95. I could not afford to make that repair at the time and also wondered why this would be necessary as I purchased the car in June. The service advisor explained that depending on the mileage when I purchased (it's a 2011), this may have been replaced at 15K miles. At any rate, the service manager heard the exchange and offered to replace the filter the next time I came in with no charge of labor bringing the cost down to about $40. He didn't have to do that, but I really appreciated the time he took to talk to me about my concern. Keep up the great work! More

I enjoy coming out that way and being treated like a respected customer! More
Chris Bruder and the Service Department at Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia are not to be beaten! The level of service, quality of work, and customer commitment are exceptional! We recently had cause to have service on our Nisssan regarding two different matters. The first service matter concerned routine maintenance. The second service matter concerned what by mileage just missed being covered by the vehicle warranty, i.e. Nissan USA indicated that coverage of this particular repair was at the discretion of the dealership. After listening attentively to our appeal coupled with a review of our vehicle's service history, Mr. Bruder stated that the repair would be made at no cost to us. It is most fair to say that as Sutherlin's Service Manager, Mr. Bruder is not about turning a fast buck for the dealership, but rather about building long-term customer relationships. More

I am so excited to see Chris Bruder joining the Sutherlin Nissan Team. I have been a Nissan Customer for over 10 years and formerly worked with Chris when he led Marietta Nissan Service here in Georgia whic Nissan Team. I have been a Nissan Customer for over 10 years and formerly worked with Chris when he led Marietta Nissan Service here in Georgia which had one of the top service departments in the Country. I have worked with Sherry at Sutherlin for over a year now, and I appreciate the care and professionalism that the Service Team takes with customers. Prompt service, accurate write-ups, attention to cleanliness & courtesy washes, quick turn around time, and of course QUALITY results are critical and have been my experience at Sutherlin. The little things like remembering customers names on future visits, sending handwritten cards in the mail, being proactive on recommendations & needs we may not necessarily know we have are very much appreciated. TRUST is so important as well, and I know especially with Chris' leadership that he always does the right thing, and holds both himself and his service team to the highest of standards. I am very proud to be a long-term Nissan customer, and a great service keeps me coming back. THANK YOU SUTHERLIN TEAM, and keep up the amazing work.
