They make so many promises first but find so many excuses later why they don't do service on time, they replacing or losing paperwork, they don't contact you for case updates etc. You have to deal with it on your own. Finally, when you get frustrated after losing so much time trying to deal with them they just offer you to find another place for repair. People, save your time and your nerves. Don't go to the Southerlin Nissan Mall of Georgia. More

Now Sutherlin might not be the cheapest on all things to all people be they will match most anything advertise you bring in. And then they have promos that really help with anything that they have for sale, just ask "Mr Jackson or Rudy in the service dept." for what they are. But the many things that I have found is that Sutherlin can honor their pricing but ask them to match Sutherlin's customer service, follow-up, friendliness, very relaxing ambiance and knowledgeable service writers "Rudy" that tell you what they will do, then do it! They are to smooth to my move my service work anywhere else. More
I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue S from Sutherlin Nissan. The car has been serviced as required by the warranty. Each time the car has been checked and serviced with professional service. Using a qui Nissan. The car has been serviced as required by the warranty. Each time the car has been checked and serviced with professional service. Using a quick lube oil change is a waste of time and money. The dealer knows the car and what is required to service. The service writer has been friendly and has offered only professional advice. I hope to continue with the service department at Sutherlin Nissan at the Mall of Georgia. More
As I was walking in Rudy was busy with another customer and was about to walk out the door to check on something, when he greeted me with a smile and stated "how are you and how can I help you? I was a bit and was about to walk out the door to check on something, when he greeted me with a smile and stated "how are you and how can I help you? I was a bit taken that he did not say, wait inside and someone will help you or let me finish up or anything like that, which would have been fine. I told him what I was there for, he jotted it down, told me he would take care of it also have them clean it up and how soon it would be ready and asked for the keys. I was not even in before I was out of there in less than 2 mins. He (Rudy) call me back to tell me that my car was ready within the time frame he told me it would be. The car looked great too. "Thats great service! Because everything was done within the time I was told it would be, I thought I could find my sales rep (Andre) to go over with me again some of the features of my vehicle. When I found him he was not with a customer but I could tell that he was busy. We spoke and then he ask me if he could help me with anything. I told him that I need some help programing in some features of my phone into the cars audio system. I told him "I can see that you're busy and its not that important". He put down his papers and ask me where's the car and proceeded to help me with my concerns. This is the same great customer service that I received from Mr. Taylor Jackson and the lady next to his office about some promo issues that I had not received. They both were so professional and nice to talk too! And took care of business BAM! right then. ( I was not expecting that) This is "Exceptionally" Great customer service, it would be hard to consider getting service or my next vehicle anywhere else. Thank you kc More

I gave this review because for the most part the service and people are friendly and great. It is just one person up in the service department who usually has an attitude every time I go up there and the pr and people are friendly and great. In April of 2012 I took my car in to get the tires replaced. On the drive home I noticed that the Tire Pressure Monitor was alerting that the tires might be under inflated. I immediately stopped and replaced. On the drive home I noticed that the Tire Pressure Monitor was alerting that the tires might be under inflated. I immediately stopped and put air in the tires. I drove home and the TPM lights was still on so I called the dealership. They told me to bring it back in and they would repair it. That began a series of their saying they had fixed it and the light turning back on shortly after I had begun my drive home. Here we are in March of 2013 and my TPM is still not working. I took the car back in again and was told this time that I would have to pay over $400 to have the TPM repaired because it had malfunctioned and the car was now out of warranty. Keep in mind that this was working before they changed the tires. To add insult to injury, I was also forced to pay for service that I thought was covered under a service warranty that I had purchased from this dealership. They completed the work on the car after finding out it was not covered and without contacting me to apprise me of the cost. I wish this were these were the first incidents with this dealership but they are not. There have been numerous instances where during their courtesy inspections they have tried to get me to pay for service that other mechanics have said was not required. Now that my Service warranty is up I have no further reason to visit this dealership and they will never get another dime out of my pocket. Also when you purchase a car from this dealership be sure to check the odometer reading on your "new" car to be sure it matches the number listed on your contract. They tried to get me to accept a car with more than 500 miles on the odometer even though the contract stated the mileage on the car I was purchasing was 10 miles. They were forced to transfer me into a new car after I threatened to take them to the attorney general. I have copies of both contracts should anyone want to request I have copies of both contracts should anyone request to see them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Looking at the many excellent reviews of late I would be surprised if they weren't written by employees of this dealership. They appear to have been written to push the many complaints further down the list. More
My boyfriend bought a 2003 Altima from Sutherlin Nissan in the year of 2009. In April of 2012 it was taken in to have belts replaced. It had never been anywhere else. That is an important fact to remembe in the year of 2009. In April of 2012 it was taken in to have belts replaced. It had never been anywhere else. That is an important fact to remember. In October of 2012, the engine light came on. We dropped by Advanced Auto, they ran a diagnostic on it, and it came up as the starter solenoid I suggested that we take the car to Shelby Auto (a great place), but his mother made an appointment at Sutherlin because they said it would cost less than 200 dollars. When the called to get permission to do the work, the estimate was over 700 dollars. I knew something was fishy. We drove to Sutherlin, and I was introduced to Sherri. Sherri is exactly what you would imagine a service department head to be - all snake. The estimate was so much because of the starter solenoid (which was suddenly quite expensive) and the fact that there was METAL IN THE OIL LINE and we needed a HOT OIL FLUSH. For those who don't understand cars, let me assure you that both of those are ridiculous and you never need to have a hot oil flush. After assuring Sherri that we were not going to have those done, I talked them down to a bit above $500 dollars. The car has never been anywhere else. Keep remembering this. Now, December. When the Boyfriend was driving to see me, he pulled out of the drive way and a medium sized plastic washer (about the size of the bottom of a mug) was laying on the driveway. He brought it with him when he came to pick me up. The car had been making a slight knocking noise for a few days and now the engine light was on again. An NTB is right beside where I work, so we took it in. When they got it up there, the pulley system above the front passenger tire had basically fallen out. How does that happen, you ask? By nuts and bolts not being screwed on tight enough. How does that happen, you ask? By not paying attention when you take them off and put them back on when you're changing out the belts. Please refer back to April. The Mechanic working on the car called Sutherlin to tell them why we were in the shop. Sherri proceed to yell (I say yell because we could all clearly hear what she was saying) at the Mechanic, telling him that we couldn't prove anything. Sweet, right? We sucked it up and paid NTB, though they encouraged us to press Sutherlin. Now we arrive at January. We knew there was a shock issue that needed to be taken care of already. The engine light just happened to come on the same day we were taking the car in. Handy. The bill though, was larger than we expected due to the STARTER SOLENOID being bad. Yup, that sucker had never been taken care of. So, to review: Sutherlin lies, they cost you more than you could ever imagine, Sherri is not a good person. More
