Needed new battery...car stuck in driveway. As usual, Sutherland Nissan came thru big-time for me!!! My battery on my 2012 Quest died in my driveway and I had no way to get to Nissan to pick up As usual, Sutherland Nissan came thru big-time for me!!! My battery on my 2012 Quest died in my driveway and I had no way to get to Nissan to pick up a new one. My wife stopped after work and brought a new battery home only to discover that we didn't have to tools necessary to install it. One call to Brandon, the Service Manager, and the next thing I know Brandon and a tech showed up at my house and installed the new battery for me!!! Talk about superior service!! This isn't the 1st time his dept has bailed me out and I so appreciate it!! I guess that's why my wife and I will continue doing business with Sutherland Nissan!! Many kudos to them!!! More
