All they are after is your $ I bought a used Nissan Murano from this dealership. The first mark against them was that they gave me a price on the vehicle and while the salesperson I bought a used Nissan Murano from this dealership. The first mark against them was that they gave me a price on the vehicle and while the salesperson was "talking to the manager" I browsed the Internet and found a posting that had a lower price. When I questioned the salesperson about it he gave me some excuse that did not make sense, but I was able to get him to lower the price some. The vehicle also had a broken mirror which at first he had agreed that it would get fixed, but after lowering the price close to the posting I had found he then said I had to pay for the repair of the broken passenger side rear view mirror and that it was going to cost $300. Again while he spoke with the manager I searched for the price of the mirror and all results came out to $60-$80. When I questioned the salesperson he said the rest was for labor that it would take over an hour for the mirror to be replaced. When they finally got the mirror in (took them forever to get the mirror in, they claimed that they had ordered the wrong side and had to order again) it only took the service guy 10 minutes to replace it. Lately, I decided to give them another chance by taking the vehicle in to get service, I made an appointment and they took me, not once was I asked what type of oil did I want. They just took the vehicle in, did the oil change and came back with a list of things I should consider getting done. They were going to wash the car for me but told me if I wanted that complimentary service I would have to wait another 20-30 minutes. So far this dealership has failed to impress me in any way. More
