Oil Change Normally, I would not be taking one of my vehicles to the dealership for an oil change, however, due to a recent injury--it is easier to have the deal Normally, I would not be taking one of my vehicles to the dealership for an oil change, however, due to a recent injury--it is easier to have the dealer change the oil. We purchased my wife's care from Sutherlin Nissan in 2012 and have utilized their service department exclusively since that time. (Oil changes and tires would be the exception.) I have been purchasing cars for almost 40 years and in my opinion, Sutherlin Nissan has one of the best service departments I have worked with. Now, I am also aggressive and proactive when it comes to maintaining my vehicles. More
Second visit and wasn't impressed. I have been to this service center a few times and haven't been impressed with the service. I have a rattle I even showed the service guy where it was I have been to this service center a few times and haven't been impressed with the service. I have a rattle I even showed the service guy where it was coming from and I was told to remove items from my car or the technician will not examine therefore, I removed all items from the trunk and back seat area. Once I arrived to pick up my car I was told they couldn't do examine the noise because I had items in my console...... Now, don't you think the service guy could have said to remove everything from console?? He never said anything about this. I wasted another trip and still don't have the rattle fixed! Not to mention there was grease all over my tan leather when I got in the car. Does no one inspect the car once it comes out of the shop? Completely frustrated with the service I have received! They also didn't catch I was a royalty member. Thank Goodness for the cashier! More
Faster than expected I came in later in the day as I was able to get off work early. No appointment, figured it would be a long wait if they could do the service at all. Friendly and Stuart was awesome. Service is great. Stuart in service took care of my oil change and kept checking in with me to let me know what I needed to replace such as the air filter. Their not too friendly here The customer service female workers at the service desk go out of their way to be rude and not greet or smile at customers. They also will avoid checking customers in by purposely finding somthing else to do so that they can rudely tell customers that they are busy. Customers then have to wait at least 7 minutes just to be assisted by someone else even though their the only customer in the store, and none of the workers are busy. Most of the customer service reps also do not smile as you pass by them throughout the facility, and they even make sure to go out of their way to give you dirty looks and appear to even roll their eyes at times. Overall this facility is very rude and unwelcoming. The waiting room carpet area is also filthy and very unkempt, and makes the whole waiting room look dirty. More

Oil change at Sutherlin I called and scheduled my first free oil change on Monday June 18, 2018 for 10:30 on Tuesday, June 19th. When I arrived at 10:20 I was told that my ap I called and scheduled my first free oil change on Monday June 18, 2018 for 10:30 on Tuesday, June 19th. When I arrived at 10:20 I was told that my appointment had not been recorded. Since I drove in from about 40 mins away I really wanted to get it done at that time. I was given a bottled water and told that they would go ahead and service my vehicle. I sat in the waiting area where I could see the service area and my car. My car was not looked at until 11:15 and at 11:30 I was told my vehicle was ready. I appreciate the good work and no charge but when you make an appointment you expect it to be recorded. More
