Helpful and understanding I took my car in for a routine oil change and also needed them to check my A/C. Unfortunately, my A/C compressor needed to be repaired at quite a hig I took my car in for a routine oil change and also needed them to check my A/C. Unfortunately, my A/C compressor needed to be repaired at quite a high cost. I just couldn't believe it. My car is only 4 years old and has 53,000 miles on it. Sherry was very understanding and gave me the number of Nissan North America's customer care line. She and her manager also worked with Nissan North America on my behalf to come to a resolution regarding the replacement of my A/C compressor. Thanks to their quick work and persistence, my compressor was fixed within 2 days and at only 20% of the original cost. I truly believe Nissan and Sutherlin did the right thing on my behalf and they clearly stand behind their product and provide a high level of customer service. More

They called me when car was ready, and came to pick me up. Easy. Hassel free. The gentleman driver was super nice and friendly, and on time!
