Quick Service I arrived 20 minutes early for a late Saturday afternoon oil change appointment. They took my car right in and got me out quickly. Alternator/battery replacement Worst! Don’t bother to go if you show up 10 minutes before they close. The service tech was a complete dick. Sherry was polite but could have of done Worst! Sherry was polite but could have of done a better job in letting me know “hey don’t bother coming today wait until Monday!” Instead I show up with my car already having battery/alternator issues. Guess what I get home and my car doesn’t work now? Had they offered to let me leave the vehicle there and not saying “oh sorry you came last minute come back Monday” now I have to have the car towed there already on top of a 2017 vehicle having problems?!? Go to Toyota better Customer service in their service department and it’s not even their vehicle!!! At least they acted like they cared. Nissan did a poor job today More
