Will not come back 1st. We have bought 3 cars from the dealership in less than the last 2 years. Service department personnel have the worst attitude. Not friendly at 1st. We have bought 3 cars from the dealership in less than the last 2 years. Service department personnel have the worst attitude. Not friendly at all. Service takes forever for simple oil changes. The last 2 times the charges were wrong and we had to have them change the total. This time they tried to over charge me by $60.00 dollars. Was meet by rudeness that they messed up. I also have a Toyota. You guys need to go see how Milton Martin Toyota runs a dealership. Great service there and great employees. Going to try Carriage Nissan next for my service needs on the 3 Nissans I own. You either need to either re-train your staff or hire new. Sending out your automated typical response is not trying to reach out to your customers and their concerns. If you did care you would pick up the phone personally and give me and them a call. More
