Poor customer servie once your car is not longer new When I first bought my car, I received great customer service. I went in for a oil change and my car was also vacuumed, watched, and parked by the fr When I first bought my car, I received great customer service. I went in for a oil change and my car was also vacuumed, watched, and parked by the front door for me. Last year, one of the windows stop working, I took it to Nissan and I was told that the motor was damaged. When I check out, I was given the key and the employee pointed out where to find my car. I paid almost $400 to change the motor, however, the problem continued. I called Nissan and I was told that it was probably dirt stocked inside the window..............after charging me $400. In my last visit, this week, they were very responsive communicating the car problem, what needed to be done and the price. When I went to pick up the car, all that I was told was how much I needed to pay and where. I was given the car key, and it was after I asked where to find my car that an employee said: once you get outside, push the alarm button in your remote control. This is not only a lack of professionalism but lack of common sense. Yes, my car is old and I considering getting a new car. Will I consider purchasing from Nissan Mall of GA? definitely no My daughter will need a car very soon. Will I consider purchasing from Nissan Mall of GA? definitely no. Customer shouldn't be treated based on what they drive or look, but on how much potential the have to buy again. More
