Disappointed I have been getting oil changes / tire rotations with Sutherlin since my purchase of a 2011 Juke. Between myself and my family members a total of five I have been getting oil changes / tire rotations with Sutherlin since my purchase of a 2011 Juke. Between myself and my family members a total of five vehicles have been purchased and serviced at Sutherlin. On 8/23/18 (7:30 am) I had an oil change / tire rotation and as usual was extremely satisfied with the service department. However, my Son dropped off our Versa on 8/23/18 (8:30am) for a Recall Campaign. We were told that we would be contacted by phone when it was ready. At 1:20 assumed that if it was not ready that it should be almost ready. So, I dropped my Son off. 30 minutes later he calls me and he said that he was told that it was a 3-4 hour job. I went back to pick him up and again was told that they would call us when it was ready. At 6:30 we HAD to call them. More
