Convenient and experienced I was able to work in one of the cubicles provided while the oil was changed in my car which made it very convenient. Service department has greatly improved Brooks is awesome and my only reason for giving the service department another chance. Customer service and communication was great and work completed much quicker than expected (due to past experiences) however a small pet peeve is when they do not reset the service reminders on the console as it make me question if work was completed.
