You expect dealer service centers to price gouge and accept it when you take a vehicle there, but you expect good service. Service rep told us it would be ready the next day because the part was at the warehouse. We didn't find out until the next day that, even though the inventory showed the part at the warehouse, it wasn't actually at the warehouse and it would be another day before we got our vehicle serviced. Anyone who has ever worked in sales knows that if inventory lists only "1" of any item, you have to call to make sure it's actually there/available/the right part, etc. Our sales rep obviously didn't causing us extreme difficulty getting the kids to school and ourselves to work for 2 days. I called to complain and was treated very rudely by the service rep. I'm 44 years old and I've only been treated that poorly on a couple of other occasions in my life - not just automotive, but all customer service fields. I would do less than 1 star if I could. More
