3 hour wait for an iil change & tire rotation with an Appt I waited 3 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 10.am.appt. didn't get my vehicle back until 1pm after I complained I waited 3 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 10.am.appt. didn't get my vehicle back until 1pm after I complained about why it was taking so long. Yes, I appreciate that The service was then complimentary because I waited so.long. Gil has always been super nice to deal with. I don't believe this was his fault. Not sure why it took so long. More

Only want your money. I presented a coupon from Sutherland Nissan and the guy never even used it. Took it and never even applied it to my 163.00 bill. Know Your Service History or Be Taken For A Ride I'll admit, I don't know much about cars and am okay with paying a "stupid tax" when my mechanic tells me something needs to be fixed (along with the I'll admit, I don't know much about cars and am okay with paying a "stupid tax" when my mechanic tells me something needs to be fixed (along with the scheduled oil change). I trust their expertise. Case in point, took my car in for scheduled oil change on Saturday, had the work done and my service rep stated that I needed to have the transmission fluid service done (recommended at 60k miles). Totally cool with that, I said go for it, appreciate you looking out for me. But lo and behold when I looked at my old receipts and saw what work had already been done. When I was filing my receipts away, I noticed that I had a transmission flush done 4 months ago in July for roughly the same price ($280 then versus $220 now). Now, I have no clue what the difference is between a "flush" and a "drain & refill" (what I was charged for on Saturday). They cost about the same, but did I REALLY need BOTH services in the past 4 months? Somebody please tell me yes, so I can feel better about my stupidity. If not, I guess I got taken to the cleaners. More

It was at the end of the day and the staff that was there were very helpful in accommodating me but it was a bit embarrassing after scheduling the appointment to look like I didn't know what I was doing plus Jordan wasn't there to speak with at all.
