Greatful Took my 2017 Altima for regular maintenance, while i was waiting, I asked my salesman Phillip Parker if I could test drive the New Nissan Kicks. The t Took my 2017 Altima for regular maintenance, while i was waiting, I asked my salesman Phillip Parker if I could test drive the New Nissan Kicks. The test drive of itself was ok, but i didn't like the handling of the vehicle. I then asked to test drive the Nissan Rogue SV. I was sold during the test drive. Upon returning to the dealership i started to inquire more about what it would take to trade in the Altima for the Rogue and the answer was a few signatures. The deal was made and I am a happy camper with my New Nissan Rogue SV 2018. Thank you Nissan. More

Awesome Staff That Truly Cares I literally pulled up right when they were closing hoping that they would squeeze me in. My car battery decided to give out on me right before the tha I literally pulled up right when they were closing hoping that they would squeeze me in. My car battery decided to give out on me right before the thanksgiving holiday and I had to have roadside assistance give me a jump just to get to them. My battery was still under warranty I pulled in left the car on and they went right to work getting me a new battery. There were no complaints just friendly conversation as they quickly replaced my battery. They could have easily told me to come back the next day but they didn’t. That’s what I call going above and beyond. That’s great customer service. And that’s what makes a customer like me want to come back. There was even another customer who called with an issue their techs were already gone but the service team was still willing to troubleshoot to see if they could help. The service team is AWESOME! Thank you again for providing such exceptional service! More
