I never have to wait on a service rep because their name is listed as my adviser. And totally ignored while waiting. It’s rude (brooks). Lastly, and what confirmed my decision - my radio stations were all reprogrammed . All stations were programmed to one station. I have 36 slots. For a oil change! I hope this review is helpful for future customers. More

I would not consider taking my vehicle to any other service facility. I count always count on the service being performed correctly. There is a comfortable waiting area or there shuttle service will take you home, work or the mall. The service adviser team is friendly and knowledgeable. I value my relationship with Sherry Hosch. She is friendly, courteous & dependable. Sherry will go the "extra mile" to make sure you leave with a positive service experience and will call her when you vehicle is need for the next service.
