Never cease to disappoint The only reason I have continued to use this location is purely out of convenience, not experience. I bought my vehicle from this location quite some The only reason I have continued to use this location is purely out of convenience, not experience. I bought my vehicle from this location quite some years ago. As my vehicle has aged, and the years have gone by, the quality of service has plummeted. I often find they are guessing as they attempt to fix my car, which I might add, is a very well kept up vehicle. Multiple times they have have thrown out random solutions, that were incorrect. Several of the reps at the sales counter are quite rude and uninformed. If you are going to call me and say I need a bunch of unnecessary work, you should know what you are talking about and be able to answer basic questions. The last time I was there, they tied up my vehicle ALL day saying they needed to test drive it. 4 hours later after working on it, no test drive. I’m just waiting, yet nothing. I’m then told they are too busy to drive it, sorry. Yet they are ready to release it to me, in my opinion, without confirming the work they said they needed to confirm. Furthermore, 2 of the 3 last service technicians recommended valve covers for my vehicle. That is interesting because that work was ALREADY DONE by a different mechanic. They should probably stop referring to previous notes and actually LOOK at the car. this review is a summation of multiple visits. I am fed up with Mall of Georgia. More

Oil change I asked for synthetic oil and was informed at check out that conventional oil (regular) was use not the synthetic oil.
