Great customer service I came in concerned about a noise or scrubbing sound coming from my car. It seemed like it was coming from my transmission. He immediately acknowledged me when I walked in and told me he would get my car taken care of. Will kept me informed the entire time. He let me know that it was my transmission and it was going to take awhile to repair. I was set up with alternate transportation. Mr. Taylor texted me and kept me up to sped with what was going on with my car. Knowing doing car repairs can be very stressful and frustrating, I was very appreciative of his great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend him for making my car service experience more tolerable. More

He listened to my issues with no interruptions and assured me he would have all addressed and let me know what they find. I came back and my brakes were fine but needed to replace 2 front tires like we thought plus oil change too. He actually made my service appt painless.
