Juan dropped the ball Juan, the service guy called to let me know the work/cost of my seatbelt repair. That was great. Then, I never heard from him. Every other time I’ve c Juan, the service guy called to let me know the work/cost of my seatbelt repair. That was great. Then, I never heard from him. Every other time I’ve come for service in the past 4 years, I get a call telling me my car was ready. I ran errands and was just hanging out in the area... waiting. Thinking, geez... it sure is taking a long time. Then I decided to check my emails since I’ve run out of things to do...I see an email stating my car was ready... from 2 hrs prior. Why in the world would the notification that my car was ready be an email. No call.. at all. So I go up there and Juan acts like he’s never seen me before. He’s helped me in the past. He’s even texted me before to let me know my car was ready when I didn’t answer the phone. So, needless to say, Juan dropped the ball and I was disappointed in the customer service he provided. More
