I had to have an expensive repair done on the exhaust system of my 2008 Armada, and the service I received from Sherry Hosch at Sutherlin Nissan was e I had to have an expensive repair done on the exhaust system of my 2008 Armada, and the service I received from Sherry Hosch at Sutherlin Nissan was excellent. She got the problem diagnosed quickly and the repair done in one day. Sherry was kind enough to arrange for me to have a courtesy car during the repair, which kept me from having to miss work. If your Nissan needs work, I would highly recommend that you contact Ms. Hosch at Sutherlin Nissan. More

The guy that is charge of washing the cars needs to stay on top of his cleaning crew. It was awful. The first time it was completely overlooked and not done which was paid for. The second go around the inside seats were full of crumbles & dirt & the top of my car had an itch worth of dirt on it. I was told that it settled overnight. One of the gentlemen outside took it back a second time and again returned with crumbles and such still in the passenger's seat. I paid $30.00 for this deluxe wash and would not recommend anyone pay for it. I will just take mine to a full service car wash pay 30.00 for everything to be immaculate. very disappointed. I also had asked that my car be aligned the first time & the seat issue to be fixed. neither was completed the first time in. The second time remains to be seen. I will let you know. I also was shocked to find out that my warranty was not looked into for my free oil changes and had been paying for them since I bought the car. More

Lies lies lies Took my Nissan for a oil change and of course they say it needs more services. They called me to let me know I needed to change my brake pads because Took my Nissan for a oil change and of course they say it needs more services. They called me to let me know I needed to change my brake pads because they were down to a size 2. Since they have done the same thing to me before I tell them no and just have them do the oil change. Worried that the brakes were bad I took my car to a well known service center who specialize on brakes to get them done. They call me hours later to let me know that I don’t need my brakes replaced and that they are a size 7 so I still have some time to change them. Not only was I worried but also wasted time on something I did not need to. How am I going to believe Nissan mall of Georgia when they tell me my car needs different services. More
