As I was driving away, I noticed the car did not look clean, so I took it back to the service department and they said only the oil change was done. Apparently, they don't pay any attention to the details of the online booking. Then the service adviser blamed me for not listing all the services that my dad requested. This is my first car and I'm still learning how to maintain it. I will ask my dad to schedule services at a different shop going forward. More

Excellent Service We were a little skeptical about continuing to get our car serviced at Sutherlin Nissan due to the fact that our go to person is no longer working the We were a little skeptical about continuing to get our car serviced at Sutherlin Nissan due to the fact that our go to person is no longer working there. We walked into the service department and waited for a bit before someone finally noticed us. Mr. Keen was with a customer and once he finished, he asked if we had been helped. We walked up to him and he took care of our needs. We had a flat tire and were in need of a new tire. He took the time to introduce himself and made us feel welcome. We dropped off our car and he stated he will keep us informed when vehicle was ready. He kept us informed of the process via txt and car was ready about an hour and a half after dropped off. We just want to thank Keen for such great service and staying on top of things. More
