Since my issue has been ongoing for about a year, I can finally say I left there completely satisfied this time. A special tech came down from Nissan and we worked with Mike Keen who was completely wonderf finally say I left there completely satisfied this time. Always a positive experience~ I have been blessed to work with Sherry in the service department. She is always willing to work around my schedule and make the service happen when I have been blessed to work with Sherry in the service department. I feel she guides me to what needs to be done but never feel she over sells me on services. More

Awesome Service I usually make an appointment but forgot and I came in and they attended me so nicely. I knew I was going to wait longer and they made sure I knew. I had a problem with the car and they made sure they got it fixed. At the end they said they had a recall on my camera and I didn't know but they took care of everything and I had nothing to worry about. I am usually attended by Sherry and I have had excellent service since I've been here since 2015. Wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Sutherlin Nissan Mall of GA truly goes out of their way to satisfy their customers even washing my car with the service! When I went to pick up my car with the last service, my tire light was still on the dash. Will, service rep at the door, immediately assisted with this and let me know that it wasn't the tire pressure but rather an error coming from the sensor. He went out of his way to give me this update when he could have not assisted me. I appreciate the way everyone in service tries to make it pleasant customer experience! More
