Very pushy tactics; Act as if they are giving you the deal of a lifetime when in reality, they lie about multiple things, and when those things come to light, then oh well….you are out of luck. We were t deal of a lifetime when in reality, they lie about multiple things, and when those things come to light, then oh well….you are out of luck. We were told they do ceramic coating. They don’t. We were told all the mats were in the preowned car we bought, they weren’t. They acted as if they were losing money on our trade in, yet they listed it for 10k above what they gave us for it. Small touch ups needed to be done on the new car, and we were told it was this tiny process. The reality of that wasn’t accurate and we had to leave the car for multiple days. The loaner they gave us was UNREAL! The bumper was falling off, the back hatch wouldn’t even close all the way and was dismantled in the back trunk. Then when we got our car back, we were told it went through detailing. Definitely not true—we had put in new mats and the drivers side was filthy! Just a very aggravating process. We have two more cars to buy this year, and I can assure you, we will go elsewhere. More

Kristen, my advisor, was nice and professional. My vehicle was misdiagnosed, wasting my time and money at this facility only to have it properly repaired at another facility a few days later. Technicians might need more training or perhaps to spend a little extra making sure the repair is properly fixed before delivering vehicles back to the customer. The staff at the competitor’s facility was much more tentative to my vehicle as well as much more accommodating. More
