Kristen, my advisor, was nice and professional. My vehicle was misdiagnosed, wasting my time and money at this facility only to have it properly repaired at another facility a few days later. Techn My vehicle was misdiagnosed, wasting my time and money at this facility only to have it properly repaired at another facility a few days later. Technicians might need more training or perhaps to spend a little extra making sure the repair is properly fixed before delivering vehicles back to the customer. The staff at the competitor’s facility was much more tentative to my vehicle as well as much more accommodating. More
