We came in just looking for a car and ended up buying one. We dealt with Keith, who was super nice and helpful. The only thing was over spray on the wheel and they told me they would fix it. When we came to pick up the car Keith our salesman was unable to be there so we were dealing with another salesman who just handed us the keys and walked away. Not only that but when we walked in the door to pick up the car we were greeted immediately with the finance guy who immediately asked for his check and when we gave it to him he looked at us and asked if the check would cash. Which in my opinion was very rude to ask someone. It could have been a better experience. I hope this helps and will help in future experiences with other clients. More
The cost of service at the dealership is expensive, especially when compared to local mechanics. Some things just require the dealership service center. On my last visit, I came in because I received a coupon from the service center for a complimentary oil change. Despite having the same car since 2009, the service dept. could not honor their own coupon because of a VIN number. Why was I mailed a coupon that they couldn't honor? Seemed like a marketing tactic to get me in the door but left me very unsatisfied. After the thousands of dollars I've spent at that specific service center, it was an insult to receive a coupon that I couldn't use. More

I have purchased 3 Nissan Frontiers from this dealership and it’s the only dealership I will do business with.
