I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer, one new and one used. They ARE HORRIBLE! George Sutherlin is the owner of this dealership as he is of the one next door too. They have no care for the custom and one used. They ARE HORRIBLE! George Sutherlin is the owner of this dealership as he is of the one next door too. They have no care for the customer, the techs are not certified to work on all of the cars that they sell, and they hire companies to come in to "FIX" thier vehicles that have no certification either. The company was to fix an issue on my truck that I purchased from them, after keeping my truck for three weeks, they did nothing but ruin the interior and exterior. I had paint scratches, broken interior pieces, a ruined headliner, broken lights, and still the original issue was not fixed! Salesmen who saw me come in each and every time (I took my vehicle in multiple times) would just laugh knowing they couldnt fix the problem. They told me they didnt care anymore, and that I could leave. If you want a NISSAN or even a used vehicle go else where, you do not want to waste your time or money with this company. I even filed a complaint with the BBB. More
A few years ago, we bought a used truck from Sutherlin Nissan. The actual employee that handled the sale was very friendly, but Brett Sutherlin ruined the experience. We were promised all of these thing Nissan. The actual employee that handled the sale was very friendly, but Brett Sutherlin ruined the experience. We were promised all of these things, including a bow (it was a gift), on time shipping to our house about an hour away (which we paid for), and many other things. It seemed as if we were best buddies until we signed the paperwork, then it all changed. The car arrived hours late, with nothing that was promised or paid for. The biggest shocker came when we tried to get the tags at the courthouse. Exactly a month later, Sutherlin had neglected to ever give us the title to the automobile. We called him and he began to yell at us about how he did all of these things for us and "bent over backwards" for us, when nothing he promised us actually happened. He said that in calling for the title, which we were legally required to have to get the plates after 30 days, we were "bothering" him. I can assure you all that we will never "bother" him with our money again. I would recommend that anyone looking for a Nissan, Mazda, or used car make the drive into Atlanta. You will be glad and that way you wont "bother" Sutherlin. More
