This company has run newspaper adds for several weeks and NEVER have the sales cars and won't allow you to participate in buying. I called twice over two different adds and was given a price SEVERAL thousan NEVER have the sales cars and won't allow you to participate in buying. The car in question is a Versa hatchback which is advertised for %8999. When you visit you find one comparably equipped as the sale car but $5000 more!!!!!! Have called several times for the sale and ALWAYS BAIT AND SWITCH. More
I bought a 2002 nissan sentra 01/29/2011 and it cannot move on 01/31/2011. The car was towed to the Sutherlin Nissan 02/01/2011, and we agreed on a trade in for another Maxima, but they changed their mind move on 01/31/2011. I bought a new 2009 altima 10/09. The salesman was nice and the price was good, paid 20,000 in cash This piece of CRAP has broken down 4 times within the year. I have bought 2 new cars from this dealer and I must say that each experience has been great. I have had absolutely zero issues with the finance department or sales department. Got the traditional song and dance from this dealer. Was given one price and when we went to pick up the vehicle suddenly was changed 7k. Only way got my keys back was to get rude with sales staff. DO NOT TRUST and dont do business with this dealer "you are a waste of time" quote from the Sales Manager. WOW you would figure in this economy people who can buy should be treated with some respect. More

Sold a vehicle with a dead battery, missing molding, and no maintenace records. Nissan of Sutherlin refuses to respond to complaint and Nissan Corporate refuses to respond to complaint. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and I also have them serviced there. They have always been very up front and honest with me. They treat me like a family member and I respect that. I have never felt as comfortable purchasing a vehicle as I have from them and will continue to do business there. They even have appreciation parties from time to time. It's nice to feel appreciated in this market. My daughter will be driving in another year and I think Im going to buy her a Cube from Sutherlin. More
