I was a customer of Rudy's at Team Nissan in Marietta. When I found out that he was no longer there, I attempted to continue to get my car serviced there, but it was not the same. My last visit was Monday, April 16th.. As usual the service was excellent and the time spent was minimal. Living in Cumming, my options were to buy my Nissan in Roswell or further away, Sutherlin Mall service was excellent and the time spent was minimal. Anybody can sell you a car, what keeps folks coming back is service. I believe it has to do a lot with the culture of the Dealership, especially Sherri Hosch. She not only signs you in, she checks up on you to keep you informed as to where your car stands. My wife and I were very happy with the experience. We would recommend Sutherlin to others. We were not sure what we really wanted maybe a Maxima, an Altima, or a Murano.
