This dealership was near my parents when I visited over Christmas. I lived in South Carolina but decided to visit because I had some extra time. I went for a test drive one day and the customer associate was knowledgeable but did not "oversell" and try to get me to buy that day. I was torn between the 2012 Altima and 2012 Ford Fusion. I have always had Ford's but I really enjoyed the test drive. I returned the next day after visiting the Ford Dealership. I spoke with the same associate and we worked out a great price. I have since returned to the dealership for oil changes and simple service and have been equally impressed with their service department. I highly recommend this dealership and will return for my next purchase. More
As always, Sutherlin's dedication to customer service is second to none. I really appreciate each member of your team. While I was there yesterday, I was told that the cabin filter needed to be replaced a second to none. I really appreciate each member of your team. While I was there yesterday, I was told that the cabin filter needed to be replaced and it would cost $95. I could not afford to make that repair at the time and also wondered why this would be necessary as I purchased the car in June. The service advisor explained that depending on the mileage when I purchased (it's a 2011), this may have been replaced at 15K miles. At any rate, the service manager heard the exchange and offered to replace the filter the next time I came in with no charge of labor bringing the cost down to about $40. He didn't have to do that, but I really appreciated the time he took to talk to me about my concern. Keep up the great work! More
My daughter and I went to the dealership to purchase a use car. Found a 2008 Altima, during the test drive noticed a noise coming out of the front left wheel. We asked for that to be taken care of before purchase and were told that it would be taked care of. We also asked that there be at least 50% of brake pads left. They again said no problem that they do that before the car is put out for sale. We got the car home and two weeks later we had to replace the rear brakes and found the left front wheel bearing bad ( this is a safety issue). Contacted dealer and they were of no help. I now find myself in need of a car for my son. I will not in any way go back to SUTHERLIN NISSAN. They lie about there product straight to your face. STAY AWAY More
I came back in Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia for an oil change on 7/31/12. Once again, Rudy Perry was there to offer exceptional service. Another Nissan dealer sent me a mailer for free oil change for oil change on 7/31/12. Once again, Rudy Perry was there to offer exceptional service. Another Nissan dealer sent me a mailer for free oil change for the customer appreciation event. I called Sutherlin and spoke to Rudy and he said that they would accept. I enjoy coming out that way and being treated like a respected customer! More
Chris Bruder and the Service Department at Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia are not to be beaten! The level of service, quality of work, and customer commitment are exceptional! We recently had cause to have service on our Nisssan regarding two different matters. The first service matter concerned routine maintenance. The second service matter concerned what by mileage just missed being covered by the vehicle warranty, i.e. Nissan USA indicated that coverage of this particular repair was at the discretion of the dealership. After listening attentively to our appeal coupled with a review of our vehicle's service history, Mr. Bruder stated that the repair would be made at no cost to us. It is most fair to say that as Sutherlin's Service Manager, Mr. Bruder is not about turning a fast buck for the dealership, but rather about building long-term customer relationships. More

I had started my car search back in May and went to Gwinnett Place Nissan since the guy had agreed with me on pricing and everything via internet sales. I had told him that I didn't want negotiating wh Gwinnett Place Nissan since the guy had agreed with me on pricing and everything via internet sales. I had told him that I didn't want negotiating when I got in the door and my price was final. When he had lured me in there and I had wasted most of my gas coming from a good distance to hold him to his word, he ran me through the ringer and started to say well... I thought you'd leave some wiggle room and this and that. Not only that, he kept me there for hours and started to bash the other Nissan dealers talking about all of their gimmics and how bad they are and tried to ask me if I was just going to run around to them all before I settled down. They tried many tactics and mental games with me to wear me down, and wasted my entire day for nothing. What a waste of my time that was, and it caused me to be quite rude to the internet sales guy at Gwinnett Place who I had felt at first wasn't trying to work with me. However, in the end, after I talked to him further and to the internet sales manager, they agreed and swore that they would adhere to what we had agreed to. With much caution and frustration I went to them and waited to see if they'd hold true to their word. Brandon Whiteman and Susan Dominicali helped me out as well as the sales guy who was in for the day taking care of me in place of Brandon. That gentleman was very courteous and made me feel comfortable and confident. I had told them about my trade in, asked them to support a value, and they not only stuck to it, they gave me more for it than Gwinnett was offering, their service was fantastic, the paperwork went smooth, they made me feel at ease and not on edge, and it was the best buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend that if you want quality of service, people who agree to what they say they will do, and a group that treats people with respect instead of just seeing you as a $ sign, Sutherlin Nissan is the way to go. More
On 5/11/2012, I had a 2nd Great experience purchasing a vehicle at Sutherland Nissan. I had only one car in mind and what I wanted to pay for it. I told Zack exactly what I expected and how I expected to get it, I was NOT looking for a sales tour and many other dealers to visit. He lessened and then went to work to find my car and get the best price. I had a 2009 trade and don't normally trade in cars. Zack came back with a deal designed to end my trips to other dealers. It worked as I looked at the pricing, I was going to think about it over night but after a while determined that Sutherlin had been honest with me showing me the numbers and Not just the bottom line. Their numbers seemed very realistic and reasonable, so I told Zack I would take the deal, but it was 9:15pm, so I went back Saturday morning to complete the paper work. I had my car on Monday afternoon, Zack kept me informed of everything he was doing as it was happening. I have received several calls from the dealership since to check on me. This is NOT my first time purchasing from Sutherland Nissan, I also bought my 2009 Titan there, again it was a short visit and right to the point with the best price. Les Brock More

I have worked with Sherry at Sutherlin for over a year now, and I appreciate the care and professionalism that the Service Team takes with customers. Prompt service, accurate write-ups, attention to cleanliness & courtesy washes, quick turn around time, and of course QUALITY results are critical and have been my experience at Sutherlin. The little things like remembering customers names on future visits, sending handwritten cards in the mail, being proactive on recommendations & needs we may not necessarily know we have are very much appreciated. TRUST is so important as well, and I know especially with Chris' leadership that he always does the right thing, and holds both himself and his service team to the highest of standards. I am very proud to be a long-term Nissan customer, and a great service keeps me coming back. THANK YOU SUTHERLIN TEAM, and keep up the amazing work.
