I had a wonderful experience and I attribute that to Randy Morse. He was very pleasant at the desk making sure that I was greeted properly, then he gave me a quick tour of your facility so that I would Randy Morse. I bought my car at Sutherlin and it was one of the best car buying experiences. I hate dealing with the car buying process, but they made it very easy and affordable. I have also brought my car in for its maintenance services and everyone is always really friendly and most of the time it's cheaper than taking it to a local place. I like knowing that they work on Nissan's all day long, so they will let you know if they see anything that looks abnormal! I have recently moved, but will make the trip, which is almost two hours from my current home, just to see the folks at this store. Everyone is very trustworthy and I like know that I'm in good hands there. More

I trust the people at Sutherlin and would go nowhere else. When I take my car in for anything, the staff at Sutherlin listen to what I have to say. I listen to them as well, because I have found that they can be relied upon. They have made me a "satisfied customer" and in return, I am glad to share my high opinion with others. More

I have been a customer since 2006 and have had nothing less than a fantastic experience. The sales persons know their job and let you be in charge of the deal. The service department is outstanding.
