My experience working with Sutherlin Nissan was painless. Since I had been communicating via email the Leanne was aware I may be visiting. Once I was there I was not pressured in anyway to purchase/lease a vehicle. Once there I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive within 10 minutes. After my test drive I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. My purchase experience including negotiations lasted a total of 45 minutes. I have really enjoyed working with this dealership. I received my second service with Sutherlin and I must say Kevin Parsons exceeded my expectations with his unmatched customer service. He is a great asset to the Services department. More

Sutherlin Nissan has always provided us with excellent serice in a customer friendly environment. Our most recent experience was excellent and we were totally satisfied with the service evaluation and ou serice in a customer friendly environment. We have purchased two Nissan Muranos from this dealership and we are currently considering purchasing a new vehicle. We also had a friend in South Carolina purchase a vehicle from Sutherlin a few years ago. Needless to say, Sutherlin Nissan will continue to be our "dealership of choice" even though we live in South Carolina. I will continue to highly recommend it to my friends and family. More

Purchased 2 new vehicles from them in August ('12 Leaf & '12 Murano). Both experiences were very positive. Because the Leaf is an electric car I was anxious about making a new technology purchase. Vance was well educated in the product and was down to earth on his approach that it put my mind at ease. The service at Sutherlin is also top notch and extremely professional. I have brought my Armada in for service there many times and all were positive experiences. I have even shopped for price at competing Nissan dealerships within 30 miles of this one and find their prices the best. Lastly, I have referred friends to bring in their non-nissan products for service and their service department handled them with the same level of servise which I consistantly experience. More

I have made this my home Nissan dealership after another one down the road showed no care to really give me a personable experience. I had a wonderful experience and I attribute that to Randy Morse. He was very pleasant at the desk making sure that I was greeted properly, then he gave me a quick tour of your facility so that I would Randy Morse. I bought my car at Sutherlin and it was one of the best car buying experiences. I hate dealing with the car buying process, but they made it very easy and affordable. I told them what I was looking for and they got me everything I wanted, and in my budget! I have also brought my car in for its maintenance services and everyone is always really friendly and most of the time it's cheaper than taking it to a local place. I like knowing that they work on Nissan's all day long, so they will let you know if they see anything that looks abnormal! I have recently moved, but will make the trip, which is almost two hours from my current home, just to see the folks at this store. Everyone is very trustworthy and I like know that I'm in good hands there. More
