After my test drive I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. My purchase experience including negotiations lasted a total of 45 minutes. I have really enjoyed working with this dealership. Because the Leaf is an electric car I was anxious about making a new technology purchase. Vance was well educated in the product and was down to earth on his approach that it put my mind at ease. The service at Sutherlin is also top notch and extremely professional. I have brought my Armada in for service there many times and all were positive experiences. I have even shopped for price at competing Nissan dealerships within 30 miles of this one and find their prices the best. Lastly, I have referred friends to bring in their non-nissan products for service and their service department handled them with the same level of servise which I consistantly experience. More

I bought my car at Sutherlin and it was one of the best car buying experiences. I hate dealing with the car buying process, but they made it very easy and affordable. I have also brought my car in for its maintenance services and everyone is always really friendly and most of the time it's cheaper than taking it to a local place. I like knowing that they work on Nissan's all day long, so they will let you know if they see anything that looks abnormal! I have recently moved, but will make the trip, which is almost two hours from my current home, just to see the folks at this store. Everyone is very trustworthy and I like know that I'm in good hands there. More
