Premier Nissan Mall of Georgia responded

Nissan North America, not Sutherlin Nissan misprinted the brochure for the Xterra options. Sutherlin Nissan offered to pay for the blue tooth install, which carrys the same warranty as the factory but obviously can't be the factory. When the customer CURSED at us we offered to buy the vehicle back and he could walk away free and clear. Sutherlin Nissan has done everything in our power to over come the factory mistake to satisfy this customer to no avail.

Thank you for letting me know that you have retracted your offer. I really wish your company had been professional enough to call me and let me know this. I can see why you have so many complaints on this website and only hope you find a way to improve your customer service for your customers sake. This story could not be more untrue.. This was a mix up on a 2.5 to a 3.5 engine that was addressed to the customer several times. A large compensation in price was offered to the customer as well. Nothing but horrible things came from this customer in return. This customer even went so far to wish that our sales person would get Cancer. This management staff will be happy to go over the steps that are made every day to assure excellent customer service here at Sutherlin Nissan mall of GA

You can lie all you want . . no one would put anything in writing. I could not get final sale price with options and dealer fee. You wanted me to drive all the way to the dealership with no idea what I would pay. I went to another dealer and easily got your "special" price on a 3.5 SV - so where was the "low, low, low" price Zach promised?? I won't be lied too and you tried it an failed - do not blame me. I never, never wished anyone cancer - such a drama queen. I told the salesman my husband has bone cancer and can not go through a long, lengthy car buying process. But I guess you don't understand empathy and why did Andrey not respond??? He called me twice and promised to make everything right . . and I never heard from him again. What is your direct response to that? Your dealership on ALL LEVELS WILL NOT PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING IN REGARDS TO A TOTAL FINAL PRICE, that is the bottom line. Why do you even have internet sales? the whole point is the negotiate that price and come in an pick up the car. I have done it twice in Florida with no problem - buying the car took less than 20 minutes on the dealer's lot - but they were honest and wanted to make a sale. My review stands, You need to clean up your act and find your moral compass.
