worst experience of my life i come across Sutherlin Nissan mall of ga website and noticed a 2009 bmw- so i called about car and spoke with zack in the internet sales department h i come across Sutherlin Nissan mall of ga website and noticed a 2009 bmw- so i called about car and spoke with zack in the internet sales department he set me up with test drive asap! so i went in and was greeted by a rude receptionist. then i met my car salesman weis and we did the test drive. so i asked about tires on the car and he assured me that it had an 150 point inspection and that it was in tiptop shape. in the test drive I've noticed a crack in the windshield he advise me that the windshield would be replaced within an hour or so. i then go to pay for car (cash) 6000 over kbb!!! so i tell weis to have car detailed and gas put in tank and new windshield and i will pick up next day. so weis say he will call when car is ready. he never called. so i my called him and he said he would get back to me. so after five days with no car my wife got involved! and Brandon in the service department informs her he would have car ready asap. so we go pick up the car and front tire has a nail it and all tires had to be replaced (slick tires unsafe and dangerous) and had no windshield wipers, and no gas in the tank, not good detail! but they did have time to glue huge Sutherlin sticker on our car! More
On November 29, 2013 [Black Friday], my Husband, 4 year old son and I went to this dealership to purchase a new car. We specifically went on Black Friday because the special stated all new purchases would old son and I went to this dealership to purchase a new car. We specifically went on Black Friday because the special stated all new purchases would receive a 42' LED television. We gave the price we were comfortable paying monthly and was told a deal could not be met. We said ok and left. About an hour later my Husband received a call to come back and was told they could meet our price. While finishing paperwork my Husband inquired about the television and was told it would be an additional $25/month which was not stated in the advertisement. When I came home from work and my Husband explained this to me I immediately called the dealership. My call was rudely answered by the receptionist who transferred me before I could finish my sentence. I explained the situation to a Susan who stated I would receive a call back from Edwin. Edwin did not call. A few weeks later our first car note was due. We were told by the bank that Nissan pulled the application and to call them. Again I reached out to Susan who stated Edwin was handling something with our application and would give us a call back. On 1/23/14 [almost two months after having the car] Edwin called and stated he could not get us approved with a bank and we needed to bring the car back by 1/24/14 and would receive our down payment back. On 1/24/14 we were informed that our down payment would need to be mailed to us and we would receive it in a few weeks. WORSE FIRST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. More

I recently purchased a new vehicle for the first time. I work in the customer service industry and can be a VERY picky customer. Everyone at Sutherlin was personable, friendly and above all else, exceptiona work in the customer service industry and can be a VERY picky customer. Everyone at Sutherlin was personable, friendly and above all else, exceptionally knowledgable. I would reccomend anyone purchasing a vehicle look into doing so with this store. More
On Friday 13, 2013 we purchased a 2005 Dodge Dakota 4x4 from Sutherlin Nissan, after having been told that the truck had gone through their 'extensive service for used cars' and was sound and had no proble from Sutherlin Nissan, after having been told that the truck had gone through their 'extensive service for used cars' and was sound and had no problems. We elected to have an extended warranty put on this car but not by Sutherlin but through Troncalli Chrysler, Dodge in Cumming, GA. We took the truck to Troncalli on Monday December 16 for inspection prior to Troncalli issuing an extended service plan. They told us that there were two major things wrong with the truck, which should have been caught by the 'extensive service inspection' allegedly carried out by Sutherlin. The two major issues were the waterpump was leaking and the sway bars were loose. Troncalli was going to issue the extended warranty only once these two issues were repaired. Total cost for the repair was $1,100.00 When we called Sutherlin, (spoke to the service direction Bernie) we were told that 'our service staff would have caught any issue with the water pump'. Upon us asking for some kind of help regarding the costs for fixing the issues of the truck (namely water pump and sway bars) we were told by the service director 'our company policy is that once the vehicle is sold and leaves our property there is nothing we are able or willing to do to help a buyer' (in the event that there is something wrong with the car). Furthermore, we were told that 'obviously Troncalli made the issues much more serious because they want to do the repair and sell you the extended warranty'. Bottom line here is that we will N E V E R purchase another car from Sutherlin Nissan (or from any dealership they may own) and we will do our best to discourage anyone else from purchasing any vehicle from them - new or used. It appears that this particular dealership lacks ethics and the wish to have great customer satisfaction. More
I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue S from Sutherlin Nissan. The car has been serviced as required by the warranty. Each time the car has been checked and serviced with professional service. Using a quick lube oil change is a waste of time and money. The dealer knows the car and what is required to service. The service writer has been friendly and has offered only professional advice. I hope to continue with the service department at Sutherlin Nissan at the Mall of Georgia. More
This dealership is unethical and employs bait and switch tactics to hoodwink customers. If customer questions then the senior manager (probably owner) gets rude and aggressive. We had a pretty bad experience with purchase of Nissan Leaf at this dealership. Sales guy Mike Tart offered a 32inch TV with Nissan Leaf lease. After signing the lease papers and completed the payment, General Manager comes and tells us they changed the rules and TV is not part of the deal. When we asked why didn't they made us aware before we signed the papers... Senior Manager & GM became rude and started yelling saying "Did you come to buy a car or a TV ?". They then grabbed the car keys from us and asked us to leave the property and called sheriff. This dealership is not trust worthy and their customer experience is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody. More
I bought a Nissan Versa a week ago. I spent 5 HOURS to complete a purchase. I was told that it only had 16 miles on the ODO. I went home and checked the ODO and it was 110. Usually that won't be a "big deal;" however, when I tried to contact them to see what we can do about it, I was completely ignored. I contacted customer services for like 10 times and still no response. Finally, I was accused of lying and was called ugly from a customer service representative.....in a nutshell, this has been the worst car purchase/ customer service care experience I've ever had......Please do yourself a favor and buy a nissan from somewhere else.
