The worst customer service in MetroAtlanta I don't recommend this place to anybody. Finally, when you get frustrated after losing so much time trying to deal with them they just offer you to find another place for repair. People, save your time and your nerves. WORST PLACE EVER DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist and the sales manger were so rude to me and my wife last night. We had to come in last night to ask a simple question because we called 6 different times and nobody called us back. I told the receptionist last night that I wanted to speak to a manger and she looked at me like I was crazy. I told her why we were so upset and she just rolled her eyes at us. Right after that I had the sales manger come up to me and asked me if he could help I told him the problem we were having and I also told him that the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. He told me not to talk like that and looked at me like I was crazy. In my business if would have said or acted like that I would have been fired on the spot. I have a friend that I talked to last week who says he saw a car at Nissan that he liked and was going to get it this weekend. I called him last night and told him not to buy from there I told him what happened and he said that he would take his business somewhere else. I emailed Zach on a Friday evening, and he told me the vehicle was still available, and asked what time I was coming in on Saturday. I cleaned out my trade Saturday morning, and had my title in hand when I showed up at 11:00, which is the time I had told him. The Jeep I had inquired about was sitting in the street, already detailed. A salesman approached us, and I told him I was there to see Zach about the red Jeep. Then he dropped the bomb. He told me they sold the Jeep that morning, to an EMPLOYEE! I asked to to see Zach, pretty much seeing nothing but red. Zach said he was sorry, that the Jeep was still in the computer, then tried to get me to look at the Jeep said employee traded in. Yea, I want his crappy Jeep with twice the miles, a different color, and stock wheels, 180 degrees from the one I was looking at. I walked out cause homey don't play that. If you want to deal with liars, then this is the place to go. Personally, I wouldn't buy a cup of water from these guys if I was on fire. More

Drove 45 minutes to get there to see the vehicle we wanted sitting on the street rather than in the lot. We were told they had just sold it to an employee that morning. An employee!! Worst customer service EVER! They offered to let us have a look at the vehicle the employee just traded in - same make and model - just older, more mileage and none of the additional features that were on the car they sold to him. That's the option they had for us? Seriously?? WORST experience at a dealership ever and a really, really shoddy way of doing business. More

Bought a 2013 Nissan Altima saturday night, got out at 10pm brought the car back sunday after noon around 5 because the car stopped moving in the middle of the street. For that reason is why me and my boyfriend brought the car back. Get the dealership the next day(mind you we live a hr & a half away) and they said he damaged an entire muffler from the front of the car to the back and it was rusted. How could someone possibly do that within the 12hrs we had the car?! Nissan had to audacity to say that it was our fault and we had to pay. Sat there for hours and still insisted on us paying. After going back and fourth with incompetant managers and sales people they agreed to fix only the front part of the car but still haven't fixed the real problem from coming in on the first place. They made us take the loaner car again and want us to drive BACK out there after being there 3 days in a row to pick our Nissan Altima up when it's ready. It just really has been the most stressful new car situation ever. How do you have a loaner car longer than you've had your actual car you purchased. We tried to return the car that same day and they said everything was Final Sale... We call the finance company and come to find out his information still isn't even in their system and they said of course we could of returned the car smh Horrible store.. A Nissan Corp. complaint with the CEO is filed on this dealership. More

Now Sutherlin might not be the cheapest on all things to all people be they will match most anything advertise you bring in. And then they have promos that really help with anything that they have for sale, just ask "Mr Jackson or Rudy in the service dept." for what they are. But the many things that I have found is that Sutherlin can honor their pricing but ask them to match Sutherlin's customer service, follow-up, friendliness, very relaxing ambiance and knowledgeable service writers "Rudy" that tell you what they will do, then do it! They are to smooth to my move my service work anywhere else. More

worst experience of my life i come across Sutherlin Nissan mall of ga website and noticed a 2009 bmw- so i called about car and spoke with zack in the internet sales department h i come across Sutherlin Nissan mall of ga website and noticed a 2009 bmw- so i called about car and spoke with zack in the internet sales department he set me up with test drive asap! so i went in and was greeted by a rude receptionist. then i met my car salesman weis and we did the test drive. so i asked about tires on the car and he assured me that it had an 150 point inspection and that it was in tiptop shape. in the test drive I've noticed a crack in the windshield he advise me that the windshield would be replaced within an hour or so. i then go to pay for car (cash) 6000 over kbb!!! so i tell weis to have car detailed and gas put in tank and new windshield and i will pick up next day. so weis say he will call when car is ready. he never called. so i my called him and he said he would get back to me. so after five days with no car my wife got involved! and Brandon in the service department informs her he would have car ready asap. so we go pick up the car and front tire has a nail it and all tires had to be replaced (slick tires unsafe and dangerous) and had no windshield wipers, and no gas in the tank, not good detail! but they did have time to glue huge Sutherlin sticker on our car! On November 29, 2013 [Black Friday], my Husband, 4 year old son and I went to this dealership to purchase a new car. We specifically went on Black Friday because the special stated all new purchases would old son and I went to this dealership to purchase a new car. We specifically went on Black Friday because the special stated all new purchases would receive a 42' LED television. We gave the price we were comfortable paying monthly and was told a deal could not be met. We said ok and left. About an hour later my Husband received a call to come back and was told they could meet our price. While finishing paperwork my Husband inquired about the television and was told it would be an additional $25/month which was not stated in the advertisement. When I came home from work and my Husband explained this to me I immediately called the dealership. My call was rudely answered by the receptionist who transferred me before I could finish my sentence. I explained the situation to a Susan who stated I would receive a call back from Edwin. Edwin did not call. A few weeks later our first car note was due. We were told by the bank that Nissan pulled the application and to call them. Again I reached out to Susan who stated Edwin was handling something with our application and would give us a call back. On 1/23/14 [almost two months after having the car] Edwin called and stated he could not get us approved with a bank and we needed to bring the car back by 1/24/14 and would receive our down payment back. On 1/24/14 we were informed that our down payment would need to be mailed to us and we would receive it in a few weeks. WORSE FIRST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. More
