I was not looking for a brand new car but they said they will get me into one for the same price as a used. At the end they stapled my contract through the missile so if I opened it it would rip the paper. I found out the price was 2 000 more than what the tag price was inside the car. More
Easy going, not the high pressure sales of other dealerships I went to Sutherlin Nissan to satisfy my curiosity about the new 2016 Maximas. They were not rated well for tall people and that is a must fill requirement in our family. Out of curiosity I decided to try out a Murano! I had tried probably 15 other vehicles in 2 days and this is the one vehicle that met the requirement for tall people in the from and back seat. Weiss was great as a salesman. He wasn't pushy like you often get at a dealership. Also spoke with Shelton that night and we returned a couple of days later to see if it could meet the few other requirements we had. By Wed. We were picking up my new Murano and had absolutely no problems with any of the staff! Weiss went over the features of my new vehicle and I left satisfied and with a full tank of gas! Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Buying a used car for my 18 year old should have been an exciting time! They ruined it! The salesman wouldn't backup his nego THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Buying a used car for my 18 year old should have been an exciting time! They ruined it! The salesman wouldn't backup his negotiations after the sale. As other reviews here said, we were passed off to another salesman. The salesman wasn't even going to repair the fuel sending unit after we drove off the lot and found the vehicle was still on Empty because it was broken, not because it needed gas. Left the vehicle at the service department for a week for service while we were out of town and came back at it was still sitting there unfinished and not ready as promised. We have already spend over $500 after having the vehicle a month on repairs. The repair shop we used for these repairs said Sutherlin didn't even install their repairs correctly and left one part unconnected causing the Check Engine Light to come on. We will NOT go back there for repairs or service! AND as other reviews here also say, the paper work was ALL messed up and took forever! I purchased a vehicle for myself a couple of months earlier from another cardealer and got it in 1/4 the time and everything went smoothly! The dmv kept shaking their heads and couldn't figure out what Sutherlin's paperwork deal was! STAY AWAY! More

Horrible experience - beware! A terrible, stressful experience, like something you see on 20/20 or some other consumer warning show. We discussed what vehicle we wanted, test drove A terrible, stressful experience, like something you see on 20/20 or some other consumer warning show. We discussed what vehicle we wanted, test drove a couple, picked one out and sat down to negotiate. We communicated up front that we had to trade in our 2014 Kia Forte in order to buy the 2015 Nissan Murano. We negotiated the payoff / trade and the sales person said that they would pay it off! OK, good so far. Then we negotiated the price of the Murano to $37,500 before tax, title, tag, etc., finally accepted - OK, great! We asked the salesperson to reiterate our deal, and it was just like I explain here - $37,500 before tax, title, tag, etc., with our Forte as trade, paid-off. Deal and the saleperson wanted to shake hands. We were pre-approved through USAA, so we said we would entertain their financing if it could beat ours. We waited to see the finance guy with our "book" (our deal) and then were surprised to hear that he said we agreed to a $2,000 down payment. We did not, and we don't need one with USAA. We just wanted to see if they could beat the interest rate (3.25%). The guy acted frustrated with me, then began talking about the total to finance, which seemed too high. I finally got him to swing his display around (which he did rudely) and it showed that they were rolling in almost $4000 onto the loan for our Forte! When I said that this is not what we agreed to, he stormed off to get the salesperson and we sat there stunned for a moment then decided to leave. As we walked back out onto the showroom floor, the finance guy and salesperson started arguing with us about things like, “Did we really expect to get $15,000 for our trade, etc.” I simply said that I wasn’t going to debate it with them or play any more games, to give us the key to our Forte and put the tag back on. We decided to just stick the tag in the back window and get the heck out of there. All they had to do was tell us the truth and we would have taken it or not. If they can’t payoff our trade, then tell us up-front what you can do. They treated us with disrespect and their behavior bordered on all out fraud quite frankly. I know these are independent dealers, but Nissan, if you don’t think you have anything to lose by letting them act any way they want, then you’ve lost our business, because I have a bad taste in my mouth for Nissan now. There are other exciting brands and other dealers out there, you’d better start policing your dealers. More
Great Sales HORRIBLE Service Department Fighting with Sutherlin Nissan all morning to get my tire/ rim fixed. They said the plan I bought wouldn't cover it. Then he goes on to tell me that my car was messed up from hitting the curb - struts, alignment, rocker panels on both sides. A whole laundry list of things that I would have to pay for out of pocket. I asked to speak to his manager because everybody has a boss and he tells me he speaks for the dealership and they aren't going to honor the coverage that I bought. So I headed down to Regal Nissan in Roswell and they were great. My car isn't all screwed up and the coverage will fix my rim but not the tire. I will NEVER step foot in Sutherlin Nissan in Buford again. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER! More

They told him to sign his papers and the general manager would push his deal not to worry. 4 weeks later and we heard nothing from the finance company and haven't received anything regarding his trade in payoff. We drive to the dealer and they tell us they haven't submitted anything to the bank yet...another week later and we're still trying to find out what's going on. The trade in payment is past due and they are still giving a runaround. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! Worst car buying experience ever!!!! More

Quoted $130 dollars for the remote itself with an additional $120 on top of that to program the remote....total $250!! Went to S&I Remotes online, got a brand new remote for $9.99 with free shipping and programming instructions. Just finished 'programming' the remote (so simple a trained money could perform the process). Works like a champ. Bottom line, instead of a Sutherlin Nissan $250 bill for a remote, the total bill was $9.99. Needless to say, ASTRONOMICAL markups at this dealership and I wouldn't take my vehicle there if it were the last Nissan dealership on the planet. More
