Once we decided on our car and features, the negotiations began. The final number agreed upon is the same number we signed on the contract. No hidden fees. The finance dept went over the warranty and maintenance plan thoroughly. The service dept assisted in clearing two minor scratches on our new vehicle as part of our agreement. I received a call from the internet manager within 15 minutes and scheduled a test drive later in the day. We were promptly attended to when we arrived by our salesperson Cass Warner. The experience working with Cass was very professional and comfortable. Nobody was pressuring us and constantly trying to "close us". The purchase process was also very efficient and pleasant. From test drive to purchase, we were in and out in less than 2 hours. More

He "fist-pumped" my husband and addressed him as if he was buying the car, not me. He couldn't fathom that I have my own job and make my own financial decisions. I clearly stated my terms because I was preapproved for a low finance rate by my bank (I have great credit). His inital offer was an insulting $499/month for a $25,000 Rogue. I told him that I could buy a BWM for those terms. He quicky became offended and attempted to guilt/manipulate me into purchasing a car I was unsure of buying. I stood up and told him I was done with this conversation and was leaving. Immediately, he began to negotiate. It was too late! I walked out. Rude and dishonest don't adequately describe this finance guy. Insolent, belligerant and sleazy are more accurate terms. The worst part was that the young salesman is sufferring from the tutelage of these types of corrupt practices. More

I was not looking for a brand new car but they said they will get me into one for the same price as a used. At the end they stapled my contract through the missile so if I opened it it would rip the paper. I found out the price was 2 000 more than what the tag price was inside the car. More

They were not rated well for tall people and that is a must fill requirement in our family. Out of curiosity I decided to try out a Murano! I had tried probably 15 other vehicles in 2 days and this is the one vehicle that met the requirement for tall people in the from and back seat. Weiss was great as a salesman. He wasn't pushy like you often get at a dealership. Also spoke with Shelton that night and we returned a couple of days later to see if it could meet the few other requirements we had. By Wed. We were picking up my new Murano and had absolutely no problems with any of the staff! Weiss went over the features of my new vehicle and I left satisfied and with a full tank of gas! Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Buying a used car for my 18 year old should have been an exciting time! They ruined it! The salesman wouldn't backup his nego THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Buying a used car for my 18 year old should have been an exciting time! They ruined it! The salesman wouldn't backup his negotiations after the sale. As other reviews here said, we were passed off to another salesman. The salesman wasn't even going to repair the fuel sending unit after we drove off the lot and found the vehicle was still on Empty because it was broken, not because it needed gas. Left the vehicle at the service department for a week for service while we were out of town and came back at it was still sitting there unfinished and not ready as promised. We have already spend over $500 after having the vehicle a month on repairs. The repair shop we used for these repairs said Sutherlin didn't even install their repairs correctly and left one part unconnected causing the Check Engine Light to come on. We will NOT go back there for repairs or service! AND as other reviews here also say, the paper work was ALL messed up and took forever! I purchased a vehicle for myself a couple of months earlier from another cardealer and got it in 1/4 the time and everything went smoothly! The dmv kept shaking their heads and couldn't figure out what Sutherlin's paperwork deal was! STAY AWAY! More
