I was given a quote yesterday for a Murano over the phone and agreed that if it would be emailed as proof, I would drive from Roswell to purchase car. I was told it would be approved and sent right over - 30mins later nothing... I then called and salesman did not answer. I then got a call from Internet manager saying that actually the best they could do was around $1500 MORE than what I was just told. When I asked about the number I had been given the reply was "I don't know why he said that". If this is how they run their business I would stay away. There's plenty of other Nissan dealers. More

I walked into Sutherlin Nissan with expectations of a smooth talker that just wanted all of my money with minimal time/effort. This couldn't be further from the truth! From beginning to end, my experience at Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia was an impeccable one! I dealt with Shelton Thacker, who not only listened to my needs, but delivered on them. Not only was he able to meet my price point, he took care of the physical characteristics of my vehicle that needed to be adjusted. This was such a "WOW" experience. I am so happy that I decided to purchase a vehicle at this dealership and would hands-down recommend Sutherlin Nissan to anyone! Ask for Shelton Thacker :) More

Upon arrival i was greeted immediately & was not pushed at all in regards to sales. My salesman sat down with my husband & I after getting us coffee, got an understanding of what I was interested in & let us browse the selection. The financial department was friendly, honest & very helpful with my purchase. Weeks later I am still amazed at what incredible staff this facility has & would not dream of going anywhere else in the future when it's time to purchase again.. More
Deceptive. Rude. Insulting. Went to look at a vehicle we found online. Price on vehicle was $2200+ higher than advertised online. They fed us a typical load of crap then said they would "give" us the drive out price shown on the vehicle (which would have been nearly $3500 over high end book value). They were extremely rude, insulting and lied to us on several occasions. We know the games these ____s play and went with it for a while but were so disgusted after them insulting us repeatedly, we walked. As we were leaving they told us if we didn't get it now, they would raise the price in spite and sure enough, they raised the online price $600 before we got home. How childish and unprofessional. I will never go there again and would not recommend them, even to someone I don't like. More

I requested a drive out price for a new Nissan, and I was provided a quote from an Internet sales person. As the sales process continued, the price of the vehicle mysteriously increased by $1,300 over what I was originally quoted. I have requested an explanation, and I have yet to receive one. I attempted to contact the Internet Sales Manager, but she has been non responsive not wanting to address the pricing discrepancy. In summary, this dealership employs bait-and-switch tactics. As such, I recommend any potential buyers beware of this dealership because they employ unscrupulous, deceptive, and dishonest sales tactics which appear to be acceptable to dealership management. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. More

From the beginning I was pressured heavily to buy gap and warranty coverage that I did not need or want. Then they only gave a half a tank of gas upon delivery. I was never able to register the vehicle in the state because they took to long to perform the paper work. I ended up having to trade the vehicle and 4 months later still trying to get my gap and warranty coverage refunded. I even filed a complaint with BBB but still nothing. Steer clear of this dealership. More
