I got there, Sly, my sales rep, shook my hand and handed me the keys and said “your car is ready”. Curt the finance manager has everything ready. It took me aback because never has his happened in my car buying history. So I looked around, test drove and decided it was time to sign. One hour and fifteen minutes from walking around, test driving, going to fill my rental up with gas to signing papers and driving off the lot with my “Gladys”. Perfect experience. Will definitely recommend and revisit. Beautiful personalities and great experience. More

Exceptional Service! This was my second visit to Sutherlin. My car that I bought last November was totaled in an accident as I needed another car. I had a 2016 Rogue which sustained damages but kept me ALIVE so what better vehicle to get but another Rogue! From the time I arrive Vinny greeted me with courtesy and a smile and took care of me. Took me to the service department so I would know where to go when the time comes for me to service my vehicle; and introduced me to the finance manager that would be handling the loan part of the process! Vinny did an extensive review of the vehicle and functions, and even assisted me in pairing my cellphone for hands-free calling. I recommend the Sutherlin Nissan team to anyone in the market of purchasing a vehicle! More
