I got there, Sly, my sales rep, shook my hand and handed me the keys and said “your car is ready”. Curt the finance manager has everything ready. It took me aback because never has his happened in my car buying history. So I looked around, test drove and decided it was time to sign. One hour and fifteen minutes from walking around, test driving, going to fill my rental up with gas to signing papers and driving off the lot with my “Gladys”. Perfect experience.
