I received a letter that the air filter needed to be changed and something to do with the brakes, but Ms Sherry Hosch infor I was a bit disappointed. Why all the extras you put on Cass was great, he was very attentive to every detail and didn't try and push other cars on us. We did not like it when we went in to sign papers, and Cass was great, he was very attentive to every detail and didn't try and push other cars on us.
