Needed new battery...car stuck in driveway. As usual, Sutherland Nissan came thru big-time for me!!! My battery on my 2012 Quest died in my driveway and I had no way to get to Nissan to pick up As usual, Sutherland Nissan came thru big-time for me!!! My battery on my 2012 Quest died in my driveway and I had no way to get to Nissan to pick up a new one. My wife stopped after work and brought a new battery home only to discover that we didn't have to tools necessary to install it. One call to Brandon, the Service Manager, and the next thing I know Brandon and a tech showed up at my house and installed the new battery for me!!! Talk about superior service!! This isn't the 1st time his dept has bailed me out and I so appreciate it!! I guess that's why my wife and I will continue doing business with Sutherland Nissan!! Many kudos to them!!! More

Straight to the point I researched the Rogue I wanted online, and I had my financing lined up. I didn't want to waste a lot of time haggling so figured out everything in a I researched the Rogue I wanted online, and I had my financing lined up. From the Nissan website I chose which Rogue I was going to buy, printed the window sticker, and decided what price I wanted to pay. On Saturday 4/14/2018 I went to the Sutherlin Nissan dealership. I talked to Weis and told him what I wanted. He found the car and brought it up. He got Mike in the loop and we worked out the price and the trade in on my old Rogue. I got with Curt and he gave me an extended test drive for the weekend. On Monday afternoon I got my check from the Credit Union and completed the paperwork with Curt and it was done. I had everything planned out and I got what I wanted. Thanks guys! More
