Great experience After a long month, searching for the right SUV, and meeting quite a few high pressure salesmen. It was refreshing to meet Bill Retzke at Sutherlin Nissan in Buford. He was welcoming, FULL of energy, very funny... and told the best stories ever! Aside from that, he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered our every question, and seemed to enjoy every minute of his job. He knew we had a budget and he did everything he could to keep us within that, he didn't push something we didn’t want. he made us feel at ease about our purchase. Everyone we dealt with was super nice, from Mr Kim in the finance dept, to the manager.....even “haggling” over the price with him was a memorable experience. They all made us feel as if we made the right decision in choosing Sutherlin. I am thrilled with my new (used) Nissan Murano. Thank you Bill and Southerlin Nissan.
