I have been coming to this dealership and this service department for years now and would never go anywhere else. I never feel like my service advisor is trying to make me get unnecessary services my car doesn't need. Being a disabled veteran money is tight so I appreciate the honesty in service I get here. Also I have two Muranos now. The service has been so good on my 2009 Murano which has over 300,000 mile on it now, I gave that one to my oldest son and his family and now I have a brand new Murano. Great dealership[p, great cars! More

Perfect experience I live in NC, about 2 hours away from this dealership. I had my heart set on a new Maxima Platinum and it had to be red and loaded. We worked our deal with Corey Palmer and could not be happier! The deal was made via text messaging (the exact way I wanted to commuy). Corey worked hard and did an amazing job helping us. Will not purchase a vehicle from this dealer I was texting with Hannah and was upfront about my bankruptcy. I also stated that I have a current loan with nissan and in good standing. I get there and now its a problem. They did come back and said nissan would do it but won't give me the rant it was. Than I was told they had a suv I was interested in but they didn't have when I got there it been sold. I wasn't in need of needing a new vehicle, but if it was a good deal I would. Not the saleman Weis (he was great) but the finance manager not so great. They only wanted to take 3k off the car. I said, what about the deal you have online. He kept arguing with me about it. Until I had show him on my phone what that dealership was offering online. Like pulling teeth. Than at the end it came down to the amount they wanted for my car was alittle to low and the interest rate. Add up payments and I would have paid over 7k in interest. I understand my credit but I also know I have good standing with nissan on car loan. I said, I can't pay that much interest and the manager back lashed with attitude will that's not my fault. Wellllll thanks for taking a jab. Was uncalled for. Wouldn't want to deal with him EVER. I wish I remember his name. I have brought in three ppl to this dealership and Weis sold them all three cars. I just wanted to be treated fair. If I deside to go with nissan for my next purchase it will be in Athens where I purchased my car. I do like the service dept at MOG and will continue to use. Brooks is GREAT. Has far as purchasing no thanks. More
