Samantha was excellent! Great follow up and attention to detail. Very responsive - this is key as we operate commercial vehicles across 5 manufacturers - some dealerships are hit or miss when they decide to respond. Service receptionist would contact Samantha for information if she was with another client. We left our vehicle there for a while deciding on repairs and they were very understanding. The service at the dealership was amazing....I'm less impressed with Nissan Corporate. I have been impressed with service for a personal vehicle in the past, which is one of the reasons we purchased 4 of the NVs. Not impressed that the transmission on this vehicle went out 4k miles over the warranty expiration. $6k to replace a transmission at 104K miles is not impressive. More
