My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Premier Nissan Mall of Georgia on 11/11/2023. We paid a dealership vehicle inspection fee around $1400.00. We were told by the manager, Authur, that this fee was to inspect the vehicle. Authur,specifically told us the oil was changed and the vehicle was inspected and all maintenance was done on the vehicle and everything was up to date. When my husband inspected the vehicle, he found the cabin air filter and the engine air filter filthy. In addition, the oil seems to be dirty. I would like to mention here that according to Carfax ,Premier Nissan took possession of the car on 11/4/2023 and we purchased the vehicle on 11/11/2023. Therefore, the vehicle could only have been test driven a few times, at the most, in this short time span and the oil should be very clean, if indeed it was changed. I would like to add our comments about Authur here. We felt very uncomfortable with Authur. We felt very pressured to make a decision to purchased the vehicle. Within 5 minutes of completing the test drive, prior to us being able to get the information we wanted to make our decision, Authur approached us with quote in hand and pressured us into giving him an answer. His comment was the salesman was using heat and space and he pressured the salesman to move along in the process. We were very uncomfortable for both us and the salesman. Our salesman was Vinny. Vinny was the complete opposite of Authur. He was very warm and inviting. He was very approachable and we felt like he was very accomadating. He took his time with us and answered all our questions and concerns. On a scale of 1 to 10, we would give Vinny a 10. We felt the same about Scott an Diego, giving them a ten. I would like to say that my husband and I are retired and on a fixed income, therefore this was a major decision for which we were not going to be rushed into. I would also like to say we were both in service industries prior to retirement myself being a registered nurse and my husband being a postal employee. The way Authur treated us and the information he told us about the vehicle is unacceptable to us. We feel that if Premier Nissan is to be a reputable dealer and honest that they should honor their word. Therefore, we would like to request that the engine and cabin oil filters be changed and the oil be changed. In addition we live in Blairsville, Georgia which is 2 1/2 hour drive from Buford. We feel we should be compensated for fuel when we make this second trip. We sincerely hope you will make this situation right and to receive a response from you very soon. We rated the dealership as poor and would not recommend based on being pressured and lied to about the inspection and not based on the salesman who was excellent. More

Cole was very nice and everyone was pleasant. It took awhile for financing but only because they were busy. I suggest you go during the week so not so busy. 3 stars because of improper repair of a Hankook tire that had a nail in it. They didn't use an internal patch plug but just an external plug. The service advisor, Kristin Burnett, said that this was the that had a nail in it. They didn't use an internal patch plug but just an external plug. I had to bring it back the next day because it was still leaking air at the plug they put in. They fixed it with a larger external plug. Hankook Tires service guide states a "Plug/stem and patch combination is only proper repair method. Repairs cannot overlap." It is pretty bad when they dealer service doesn't even follow the manufacturer's instructions. Now I have to take it to a tire shop to have it fixed properly. The tire only has 8k miles on it. More
