The vehicle which we wanted came in only after 2-3 weeks, they gave a new loaner till we took delivery and also was willing to offer me the new loan rates which had since changed on the day we took delivery. As with any dealer just make sure to do your research on any extra fees being charged. I pointed out a few which I did not want to be added and they removed those additional charges. I also would be wary of the Internet sales department as they are very slow or never respond to emails once the deal is made. Just directly work with the sales and finance as they are more responsive and proper communication is key. More

Cass Warner was amazing and made the process of buying my car easy and seamless. Start to finish I was treated with respect and was given a price that I felt comfortable with. The $160 diagnostic was a total bogus. You’ve told me it’s the windshield sealer that causes water to gather under the drivers seat and I need to replace it for $1,200. I asked the tech if that’s for sure the problem and was told that if that’s not it, further testing must be done. I took my car to a shop. That was not the problem, at all. I have documentation to prove it and I will need the $160 back. You are reaping people off. I will go online and give you the review to reflect all of the above. I do know dealers are more expensive for they provide genuine parts; but I also expect proper work to be done, also. I did not need any windshield replacement and as a matter of fact no parts changing to fix my car problem. So very disappointed! More
The greatest is the superb service. I drive 2 hours from Ellijay Georgia for my cR service.
