August 1 purchased a 2017 Nissan Senta advertised on internet from Sutherlin Nissan. First the advertising is like circus lots of mumbo jumbo the vehicles have a very small disclaimer that not all vehic internet from Sutherlin Nissan. Why would anyone look at vehicles hours away, and I was told vehicles at other sister dealerships I inquired about would cost extra to bring to Buford. I am writing this complaint for my daughter who is a COVID-19 lab worker working 6 days a week and was totally mistreated by this place. The sales manager and nearly all in front of store are joined to hip and will cover each other lying or not. The vehicle my daughter selected was pointed out by internet Travis B. sales to be just in one owner local trade CARFAX says auction My daughter sees the vehicle was dirty needed tires and brakes made noise This is where they started the old car lot attitude and sales bull. I would not trust these guys as far as I could throw them. They said they were sending the vehicle to rear to be certified and prepped for her. no paperwork was presented at buying date for certification paperwork. Aug 1 Service dept verified they could only do what was written in work order from front They had car washed wiper blades replace and air filter with two tires (mismatch on front) and Nissan inspection. All this in 2 hours impossible. My daughter is escorted to front door given keys and pointed to the vehicle she bought. When you buy from here don't expect too much from the way we were treated. This was a Sat near closing time. Drove vehicle and noticed brakes acting up mileage poor front end pulling hard right. We returned the vehicle and asked for Certified Pre-Owned paperwork. Keeping long story short on Aug 15 I drove from Florida to dealership to help straighten out the mess these horrible people put upon my daughter. They pretty much passed the buck lied about the entire situation and only at that time in front of me finally signed the CPO paperwork They are the worst acting sales force I have ever seen in 50 years of buying vehicles worse than any small street vendor ever. The car was sitting at dealership without keys that they had misplaced said my daughter threw them on counter on previous Sunday with rental car keys LIE handed to receptionist attached together. They didn't even know and called me practically a liar that the rental was one of their 2020 vehicles assigned by sales person. There were many remarks by others working at dealership attesting to the crappy sales mgr his assistant and the other sockless pointed toed shoe to small suit wearing excuses for humanity I had to deal with. Mr Sutherin sir I would hope decency and honesty drive your booming business and you will not take this complaint lightly. I would not recommend anyone especially fathers with children just starting out in the world to buy anything from the likes of these. There's a commercial with circus types playing on TV out to assist buyers look at the adverts on painted cars to the funny suited characters inside Buyer Beware. Like another buyer said They make YOU FEEL DIRTY WHEN YOU LEAVE. I am a member in good standing of local 479 members take note. Written with and on behalf of my daughter The one good thing the dealership did fully by mistake was providing a loan vehicle while Sentra was being fixed properly and that according to Sales was against Sutherlin Nissan policy no loaners They probably fired the one decent person who did this I wonder?
