My purchase feel like I been scammed. I seen the rust on the Vehicle and I still purchase it. I ask can they fix the shaking it has. This is the second Nissan dealer I have a problem with but the last one and if anyone owe 47k they only want too make payments and change oil for the first two yrs at least...truck still has the same problem.. can't never get in touch with anyone at dealer on the phone and they never call back so what's the point of leaving a message .I didn't complain about the way I was penciled whipped on the deal. $1700 for vehicle Inspection and my payoff on my trade was 9300 not 9400 More

I had to turn around twice when leaving. First, I asked for the complimentary wash and vacuum. My vehicle was not vacuumed. I asked when signing in to have air added to my tires, then asked if it was done for the complimentary wash and vacuum. My vehicle was not vacuumed. I had to turn around again to have this done. Jim was excellent in taking care of this both times. This is the first time that this has happened. The service was poor. I did not work with any of the people listed. Grace started my service then her partner, I forget his name, finished the end. He did not give me the paperwork where the work was done, until I asked for it the last time I had to come back. More
